ten days to go

Currently my life is being hit by "if it can go wrong it will". Had a great weekend in Wombeyan Caves where Jack made several attempts to break something but waited till Monday - so spent Monday afternoon in the Emergency Department, thankfully not a break but enough to slow him down wrenching his finger back - it is now very black and strapped together so no band which he is upset about. Tuesday saw the dog getting in on the act and vomiting all over the place - he has been at the vet since but is on the mend - ate something he shouldn't but I doubt he will learn from the experience. Well at least the car will be ready, final service happening now, suppose we can throw a few clothes and bedding in at the last minute though there will be a gigantic mess for the house sitter. Car ready, must go and try to pack some clothes and food.
